Orders from the OBJECT category are prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
Orders from the MERCHANDISE category are produced and shipped by drop shippers. Processing and delivery times may be longer and vary depending on where the items are made. Please carefully read the information provided at checkout for estimated timelines.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

OBJECT orders are shipped with DHL.
Estimated delivery times are calculated by DHL and may vary depending on the destination.
Please note: once your order has been handed to DHL, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Under Dutch law, applicable taxes are included in the final price shown at checkout.
For deliveries outside the Netherlands/EU, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

DHL provides a tracking number for all OBJECT orders. This will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
MERCHANDISE orders may have different tracking methods depending on the drop shipper; details will be provided at checkout.
