🔄 Returns

OBJECT category

• All returns from the OBJECT category must be sent back within the legal time frame of the EU cooling-off period (customers have 14 days to notify, plus 14 days to ship the item back).

• Make sure your item is securely packaged so it does not endure damage on the return journey. If it returns severely damaged in ways that aren't obvious in your initial notification, the return won't be processed. 

 

MERCHANDISE category

• Returns are not supported for MERCHANDISE items. These products are custom-made to order and therefore do not fall under the EU cooling-off law.

• By purchasing from the MERCHANDISE section, you agree that your item cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or broken. If that happens, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage so I can arrange a solution.
